Senior Manager Financial Reporting

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K) under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee additional reporting prepared under IFRS standards.
• Manage quarterly earnings release processes in partnership with Investor Relations and FP&A.
• Direct the drafting of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors on reporting and disclosure matters.
• Oversee statutory reporting for international legal entities.
• Lead financial reporting for capital market transactions, including bond offerings.
• Partner on sustainability and ESG reporting aligned with frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, SASB, and TCFD.
• Support ESG data governance and assurance processes.
• Monitor emerging global regulations and brief senior leadership.
• Maintain deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reporting professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
  Master’s preferred.
• CPA required.
• 8–10 years of progressive corporate accounting and external reporting experience, with strong SEC focus.
• Public accounting experience (Big Four preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex reporting projects, including ESG disclosures.
• Expert knowledge of SEC rules and strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; familiarity with IFRS.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
