Our client, a leading PE‑backed distribution organization, is seeking a Sr. Director, Financial Operations (AR & AP) to lead and modernize core finance operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Director, Financial Operations
Oversee day‑to‑day AR & AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support month‑end close, reporting, and audit processes
Drive process improvements and help standardize workflows across teams
Partner with IT and Finance on systems optimization and automation efforts
Ideal Background for the Sr. Director, Financial Operations
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of finance or accounting leadership experience, including AR & AP oversight
Experience working in complex, multi‑entity environments (B2B, distribution, or manufacturing preferred)
Strong ERP experience (Oracle or similar systems)
Hands‑on leader with a process improvement mindset and ability to drive change
Sr. Director, Financial Operations (AR & AP) Salary: $170,000 – $215,000 + bonus
