This Sr Financial Analyst – Commercialization supports and serves as a key finance partner for the business and cross‑functional leaders. This role is responsible for report development, process management, complex analysis, tracking performance against strategic goals, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting. You’ll add value to this role through the following:
Responsibilities- Collaborate with commercial and business partners on data structures, reporting logic, and sales pipeline tracking workflows.
- Support financial planning and analysis activities for reporting and master data management while maintaining data integrity and establishing appropriate controls.
- Develop, enhance, and analyze reporting that provides trends and insights into key performance metrics for Business Units, categories, and key customers.
- Partner with Business Unit and Commercial stakeholders to identify, track, and report on business opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Business Unit, and Category Finance team to identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance analytical capabilities, and improve the effectiveness of metrics and insights supporting overall business performance.
- Support consistent, baseline financial reporting across business units to enable comparability across Tree House, including dashboard development and ERP reporting refresh.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Three to seven years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles, preferably within a CPG or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced financial and analytical foundation.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non‑finance audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial or ERP systems.

Salary Range: $78,700.00 – $ USD annually. Annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus, and equity pay may be offered.
