Financial Analyst

• Develop and maintain customer pricing models, quotes, and margin analyses to support profitability objectives.
• Analyze manufacturing cost structures, including raw materials, labor, overhead, freight, and conversion costs, to understand key cost drivers and their impact on product pricing and customer margins.
• Develop, maintain, and validate product cost builds and standard costs to support pricing decisions, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Support customer pricing proposals, contract renewals, and cost-based pricing strategies for key national and QSR accounts.
• Analyze customer profitability, cost changes, and manufacturing variances to identify risks and margin improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to understand cost changes and support accurate pricing and profitability decisions.

• Partner with Commercial, R&D, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations to support new product launches, commercialization, product reformulations, sourcing initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases to support customer negotiations, product transitions, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Translate financial and pricing data into actionable insights and accurate, timely deliverables for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, profitability, and key financial drivers.
• Analyze financial results against plan, forecast, and prior year to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and presentations for leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, financial modeling, pricing processes, data integrity, and process standardization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, pricing, cost accounting, public accounting, or a related finance role, preferably within food & beverage manufacturing, CPG, or QSR industries.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, cost analysis, and margin management capabilities, with a solid understanding of manufacturing cost drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning/reporting tools;
  Net Suite and Planful experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, influence cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
