The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and beauty education, building customer loyalty through in-store and digital engagement.
Responsibilities- Apply makeup, conduct skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' beauty goals.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, and build customer loyalty through service and rewards enrollment.
- Collaborate with the team and stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns, contribute to a positive team environment, and work toward sales goals.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the stated physical requirements.
