- Responsible for submitting prior authorizations and reauthorization for Spravato treatment
- Responsible for tracking authorization status and adding to all necessary systems (, Tebra, etc)
- Follow up on missing authorizations
- Review intakes for completion prior to authorization being completed
- Confirming information in all systems matches
- Receive and input authorization approvals from insurance companies
- Works with outside pharmacies for Spravato authorization and coverage
- Assist patients in enrolling into the Spravato REMS program and Spravato Savings Program, JPAP as needed
- Ensure all patient documents are sent in to REMS:
Spravato monitoring forms, assignment of benefits, REMS enrollment, etc - Follow up with the clinic when documentation is missing
- Schedule patients for their Spravato induction phase
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positivity
