Spravato Case Manager

Responsible for submitting prior authorizations and reauthorization for Spravato treatment

Responsible for tracking authorization status and adding to all necessary systems (, Tebra, etc)

Follow up on missing authorizations

Review intakes for completion prior to authorization being completed

Confirming information in all systems matches

Receive and input authorization approvals from insurance companies into EHR

Works with outside pharmacies for Spravato authorization and coverage

Assist patients in enrolling into the Spravato REMS program and Spravato Savings Program, JPAP as needed

Ensure all patient documents are sent into REMS:
Spravato monitoring forms, assignment of benefits, REMS enrollment, etc

Follow up with the clinic when documentation is missing

Schedule patients for their Spravato induction phase
