Illinois Behavioral Health Group (IBHG) is seeking a full-time Licensed (or license-eligible) Psychologist or Therapist to join our growing Oak Brook team! We welcome applications from psychologists (PsyD/PhD) as well as master's-level clinicians (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, and ALMFT) who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with a primary office location in Oak Brook, IL
. Responsibilities include providing individual therapy across the lifespan, completing clinical documentation, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy building long-term therapeutic relationships, working collaboratively with colleagues, and developing clinical expertise within a supportive, training-focused environment.

This position requires evening and weekend availability, to support patient access and scheduling needs.

Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Illinois license (or license eligibility) as a Clinical Psychologist, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or ALMFT
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based psychotherapy
  • Experience providing therapy across the lifespan preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and high-quality clinical care
