Position Overview

As an Orthopedic Laser Therapy Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, non-invasive treatments that directly improve patients’ quality of life. You will work closely with patients throughout their care journey - administering MLS laser therapy, monitoring progress, and reinforcing confidence in their treatment plan.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, have a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver MLS Laser Therapy treatments efficiently and effectively (2-3 patients per hour)
  • Provide a high-touch, personalized experience that ensures patient comfort, trust, and engagement
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting approach as needed to support optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients on laser therapy and treatment expectations

    Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in accordance with best practices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to deepen clinical and technical expertise
Communication & Patient Experience
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Build trust quickly with patients through clear, confident, and empathetic communication
  • Effectively explain treatment plans and reinforce the value of laser therapy
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional patient experience, ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and supported
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive, high-performing culture
Qualifications
  • Certification, degree (completed or in progress), or relevant experience in a healthcare or wellness-related field, such as:
    Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), Athletic Training, Medical Assisting (orthopedic focus preferred), Exercise Science or Personal Training
  • Foundational knowledge of anatomy and the musculoskeletal system
  • Experience working with patients or clients in a clinical, fitness, or rehabilitation setting preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort with electronic medical records (EMR) and new technologies
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple patients and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during shifts

Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 5pm with the ability to occassionally open @ 7:30am or close @ 6pm
