Responsibilities
- A house attendant at Hyatt House Oak Brook cleans and maintains guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and policies.
- Performs tasks such as making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Prepares rooms for guest occupancy and reports any maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
- Provides attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests, contributing to overall guest experience and satisfaction.
- Works flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas. Flexibility in working hours and effective communication contribute to a positive guest experience.
