OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic recruiting advisor aligned to specific business units, leading full-cycle hiring and delivering high-quality talent outcomes. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR to shape talent strategy, enhance candidate experience, and support workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer across assigned functions
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and develop targeted hiring strategies
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to develop strong, diverse talent pipelines
- Conduct intake sessions and translate business goals into actionable recruiting plans
- Assess candidates through structured interviews and selection methodologies
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and manage pipeline activity within the applicant tracking system
- Provide insights on market trends, pipeline health, and hiring progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and alignment with company values and hiring standards
- 3-5 years of experience recruiting for corporate or professional roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and pipelining capabilities across multiple channels
- Effective interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Experience with applicant tracking systems - Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and advise hiring leaders
