Lead, CDP and Audience Operations – V-Soft Consulting is hiring for a premier client in Oak Brook, Illinois.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• 1+ years experience leading CDP-related projects, enhancements, or cross‑functional initiatives.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, customer data, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
• Experience with Agile methodology in a product owner or business analyst capacity.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment within a large or global organization.
• Proven ability to turn business needs into data and activation requirements.

• Ability to build trusted relationships across marketing, IT, analytics, and external vendors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate priorities, rationale, and requirements to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Executive presence and ability to present ideas and recommendations to senior leaders.

• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Tealium (Tag Manager or CDP).
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Experience supporting lifecycle marketing, CRM, personalization, or audience‑based activation.

• Translate business and marketing needs into CDP‑ready requirements for events, attributes, and activation logic.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, and analytics teams to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and scale CDP use cases.
• Develop, operationalize, and optimize marketing audiences to support lifecycle engagement, personalization, and performance goals.
• Drive governance and best practices across CDP processes, ensuring audience quality, consistency, and activation reliability.
