Ace Hardware - - Responsibilities:
Provide indirect leadership and cross-functional influence across Marketing, Digital, IT, Finance, Data Privacy, and Security teams;
Develop and manage governance structures and reporting frameworks for indirect Mar Tech spend;
Lead category initiatives and manage and develop team members, prioritizing projects based on influence and objectives;
Lead risk management activities and develop supplier risk profiles to mitigate threats;
Consolidate stakeholder requirements and develop RFIs/RFPs for the assigned categories and oversee end-to-end category management including QBRs
