Our client - one of the leading ICT for development - ICT4D - organization, providing low cost solutions using ICT to tackle poverty and to overcome disadvantage, working closely with local communities - seeks an accomplished Service Now Developer.

Service Now Developer SACM (CMDB, Asset Management, Configuration Management)

• Provide the client with Service Now development Best‑Practices Advice and assist in their implementation.
• Deliver Service Now development consulting services based on the Client’s Service Now release plan, including all modules implemented by the client.
• Conduct Technical Analysis on the Service Now applications and modules.
• Develop Service Now Design Documentation.
• Develop User Stories for Service Now releases.
• Perform Service Now Application Configuration.
• Develop Custom Code for Service Now application modules.
• Develop and modify Service Now workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
• Code and configure interfaces between Service Now and other systems.
• Create and update Documentation for Service Now code and configurations.
• Expertise in Service Now (Helsinki release).
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 Service Operation processes.

• Experience in Service Now Development, SACM (CMDB, Asset Management, Configuration Management).
