• Performing Data analysis and reporting for data enrichment in support of Service Portfolios
• Support to change control boards, governance, and working groups
• Portfolio assessments and prioritization of projects associated with roadmap
• Risk Management Planning associated with the project portfolio
• Experience with Demand/Availability management, capacity management, data management
• Working knowledge of IT DevOPs service planning
• Experience in Service Design, Transition and overall Service Management in all aspects of the ITIL Service Management lifecycle
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
