Service Now Technical Lead

Expert knowledge of building enterprise-level web applications using micro services principles, Back Ends for Front Ends architecture, and Event Driven Architecture. Leading technical implementation efforts in an enterprise-wide setting including Service Now. Experience using WSDL, SOAP, JSON, and RESTful services and other W3C Web Service frameworks. Expert level understanding of the Service Now SDLC Module, SCRUM Module, and Release Management. Knowledge and experience of Service Now Team Development, Update Sets, Design Studio, Store and Share programs.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
• 10+ years software engineering experience
• Expert level hands-on Service Now experience
• Previous lead experience
• Expert knowledge of various engineering technologies such , Java, Java script, Angular, and SQL
• Leading technical implementation efforts in an enterprise-wide setting including Service Now
• Experience using WSDL, SOAP, JSON, and RESTful services and other W3C Web Service frameworks
• Expert level understanding of the Service Now SDLC Module, SCRUM Module, and Release Management
• Knowledge and experience of Service Now Team Development, Update Sets, Design Studio, Store and Share programs.
