Chiro One is hiring a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic, Sr. Traveling Associate to support clinics in and around Chicagoland.

The Sr. DC Traveling Associate is a full-time Chiropractor position responsible for traveling to Chiro One Clinics in the Greater Chicago area (territory determined by proximity to residence and operational need) that need temporary coverage, maintaining continuity of patient care and managing support staff at clinics served. Responsibilities include providing an optimal patient care experience via exceptional case management, team management, brand protection/promotion and educating the community on Chiropractic Wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure an optimum patient experience via rendering chiropractic services including accurate diagnosing, treating (HVLA/diversified adjusting), supervision of active rehab, exams, reports, and film/x-ray interpretations.
  • Provide general physician services as outlined by Chiro One including reviewing health histories, referring patients when medically necessary, and providing treatment recommendations.
  • Record and maintain accurate, confidential patient and team member records.
  • Manage Chiropractic Assistants to foster ownership thinking, develop and maintain positive patient/community relationships, exceed office goals, and cultivate an environment aligned with Chiro One’s Vision, Mission and Values. This includes managing overtime, performing reviews, administering write-ups, recognizing achievements, retraining, and tracking performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Chiro One policies, protocols, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Coordinate HR processes, payroll and all appropriate employee forms in a timely manner.
  • Participate in internal and external marketing activities to promote the Chiro One brand and assist in office growth and patient retention as needed (e.g., Internal Wellness workshops, Patient Appreciation Days).
  • Work toward attaining CBP (Chiropractic Bio Physics) certification and maintain certification once attained.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic Degree
  • Illinois State licensure, or intent to obtain
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Comfortable in social settings with ease in interacting with others
  • Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow
  • Ability to travel and work M-F (clinic hours)
  • Ability to manage periods of high patient volume
Preferred Qualifications
  • CBP Certification
  • Completion of the Landmark Forum
  • Previous Management Experience
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and licensed in the State of Illinois
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
