Controller - Commercial Construction

We are partnering with a well-established commercial construction company seeking an experienced Controller to lead their accounting and financial operations.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial reporting, job cost accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage job cost accounting and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff

• Prior accounting leadership experience within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of job costing and construction financial reporting
• Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline) required
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
