ICT Program Manager

Leads the coordination and delivery of multiple related ICT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, effective resource use, and on-time, on-budget delivery. Manages stakeholders, risks, and reporting across the full program lifecycle while promoting consistency in project execution.

• Translating Business Strategy:
  Converting business strategies and requirements into a coordinated work breakdown structure for a related portfolio of ICT projects.
• Project Management:
  Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to timelines and resource allocations, including setting objectives, defining scope, and identifying resources.
• Programme Oversight:
  Managing multiple, related projects within a program, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and are completed within budget and on time.
• Risk and Issue Management:
  Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact project or program delivery.
• Resource Management:
  Managing and controlling project and program budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring appropriate expenditure.
• Team Leadership:
  Providing leadership, coordination, and direction to multi-disciplinary teams, including both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicating project and program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement:
  Developing and implementing best practices for project and program management, including the use of relevant methodologies.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Tracking the progress of projects and programs, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget, and reporting on performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Contributes to the team in an above average manner.
• Capable of handling larger/key products, or specialized/target products.
• Has knowledge of the business side and contributes to strategic decisions.
