Spa Manager

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in a spa, hospitality, or wellness setting
• Proven track record in employee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and day-to-day team management
• Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment

• Experience opening new spa or hospitality locations
• Familiarity with massage, esthetics, and body wellness services
• Proficiency using scheduling, POS, or inventory management software

• Oversee and monitor all aspects of daily spa operations, ensuring strict adherence to policies and standards
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 20 staff members to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Conduct staff scheduling, handle employee callouts, and assist with hiring and onboarding
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent
• Serve as the primary guest-facing leader, addressing feedback and concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Support inventory management, facility care, compliance, and property presentation
• Collaborate with the Spa Director on departmental goals and talent development
