How Youll Make an ImpactAs a Project Manager aligned to our Data and Application Cloud Services (DACS) team, you will lead complex, high-impact client engagements that may involve multiple work streams, diverse stakeholder groups, and cross-practice collaboration. You will ensure successful project delivery while aligning with client expectations, contractual commitments, financial targets, and strategic objectives. As a Project Manager aligned to our Data & Application Cloud Services (DACS) team, you will lead client engagements while partnering closely with Senior Project Managers, Practice Leadership, and technical delivery teams.
This role is ideal for a project management professional ready to take the next step in their consulting career by leading increasingly complex cloud transformation initiatives.
- Manage medium to large client engagements from initiation through successful delivery, partnering with PMO and Practice Leadership as appropriate.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across multiple work streams.
- Support project financial management, including forecasting, budget tracking, revenue recognition, and project profitability.
- Drive disciplined scope management and facilitate change requests in accordance with contractual commitments.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans before they impact delivery.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Present project status, financial health, risks, and recommendations to client and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize delivery health indicators to proactively identify emerging risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and delivery best practices.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for successful project delivery.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Effectively manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Sound business and financial judgment with an understanding of project profitability.
- Proactively identifies risks and drives solutions before they impact project outcomes.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to continuously learn and grow.
- Communicates confidently with project teams, clients, and leadership.
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably within consulting, professional services, or technology organizations.
- Experience leading medium to large technology implementation projects.
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting project financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
- PMP certification (or progress toward certification) preferred.
- Experience supporting cloud migration or cloud implementation projects is preferred.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communication planning, business readiness, or user adoption activities during technology implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
