Provide subject matter expertise on import and export compliance and manage daily import operations;
Lead and develop three direct reports and oversee documentation, classification, AES filings, and broker management;
Coordinate with US Customs and other government agencies; ensure compliance with CBP and related rules;
Lead CTPAT, ISA programs and global trade compliance initiatives across Ace Hardware;
Communicate with internal teams across sites to ensure country-specific compliance requirements and maintain up-to-date policies
