Machine Operator

Operate a packaging machine, initially training on 3 lines with potential to expand to 22 lines. Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines. Document production runs and end-of-shift activities. Conduct safety training and provide guidance to new packers.

• Operate and manage packaging machine lines.
• Train new packers and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs and FDA guidelines.
• Document production runs and complete end-of-shift documentation.
• Participate in safety training and enforce safety procedures.

• Experience with GMPs and SOPs.
• Ability to follow FDA guidelines.
• Computer proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

• 1-2 years of experience in high-speed packaging or filling machine operations.
• No specific training certifications or professional licenses required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Oak Brook, IL.
