Job DescriptionOperate a packaging machine, initially training on 3 lines with potential to expand to 22 lines. Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and FDA guidelines. Document production runs and end-of-shift activities. Conduct safety training and provide guidance to new packers.
Responsibilities- Operate and manage packaging machine lines.
- Train new packers and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to GMPs and FDA guidelines.
- Document production runs and complete end-of-shift documentation.
- Participate in safety training and enforce safety procedures.
- Experience with GMPs and SOPs.
- Ability to follow FDA guidelines.
- Computer proficiency.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in high-speed packaging or filling machine operations.
- No specific training certifications or professional licenses required.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Brook, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 – $24.00/hr.
