Senior CNC Programmer - Precision Machining

• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for multi‑axis lathes and turning centers.
• Support milling operations and assist with programming machining centers as needed.
• Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, process sheets, and engineering drawings.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production personnel to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Select tooling, establish setup procedures, and recommend process improvements.
• Perform first‑piece inspections and support quality initiatives.
• Optimize cycle times while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong CNC lathe programming background; milling experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, ideally Mastercam.
• Experience programming and supporting multi‑axis machining operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on machining, setup, or manufacturing experience preferred.
