Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the CRM campaign development, targeting, brand integrity, design, copy, and call-to-action integration, data, execution, testing and tracking.
  • Leads the creation and execution of long-term messaging automation road map based on business requirements, consumer insights and business outcomes
  • Leads platform optimization strategy for messaging outreach performance including send, open and response performance, channel activation and outcomes
  • Establishes strategies for a test-and-learn and champion-challenger methodology to continually improve effectiveness of messaging capabilities
  • Oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email and SMS campaigns
  • Directs, creates and manages campaigns and programs with measurable marketing strategies to improve engagement over the patient's lifetime cycle or journey experience.
  • Develops strategies that facilitate customer acquisition, conversion, cross-selling and retention through multiple consumer contact channels, while capitalizing on our consumer website, web forms and customer portals
Operational Excellence
  • Leads the analysis of key performance indicators to continually optimize marketing tactics, evaluating components of each campaign, including lists, offers, messaging, open rates, click through rates and conversions.
  • Ensures that all campaigns and programs are launched on time, on budget, and delivered with outstanding quality and accuracy
  • Ensure system integration across all messaging platforms and alignment with existing marketing technology stack; evaluates, select, and implement new messaging technologies and platforms to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Collaborates with brand, marketing, technology and IT to ensure strong cross-functional engagement and performance, including platform integration and enhancements
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team that uncovers opportunities and designs solutions for the customer's data solutions, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
  • Enable teams to operate effectively by removing barriers and facilitating decision‑making
  • Foster a collaborative, performance‑driven work environment, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting ongoing development.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

Required:

None Required.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, social sciences, or a related field.

Experience

Required:
  • 8+ years required, 5+ years preferred experience in brand development, marketing, brand strategy, brand consulting, or strategic planning.
  • 5+ years of experience managing others required.
  • Has demonstrated knowledge and experience with marketing operations planning and execution.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required:
  • Enterprise level understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRM, CDP, CMP, marketing automation, digital engagement platforms)
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into scalable systems, standards, and frameworks
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with an understanding of privacy, consent, and governance principles
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across IT, Security, Privacy, and business stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance innovation, risk, scalability, and operational readiness
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess tradeoffs and guide informed decision‑making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to executive and non‑technical audiences
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in complex, matrixed organizations
