Job Description & How to Apply Below

NAV Fund Services is a global fund administration company with over $450 billion in assets under administration, serving 2,550+ clients across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and digital asset funds. We are building a best-in-class marketing function to support our growth as a mid-market specialist and trusted operational partner to fund managers worldwide.

The Role

NAV is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Senior Event Marketing Manager to plan and execute event and conference strategy as a core marketing channel. This role owns the end-to-end planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of NAV’s events program, including NAV-hosted events, partner events, industry conferences, and smaller client engagements. The role is a logistics operator, relationship builder, and revenue driver.

The Senior Event Marketing Manager works closely with Marketing, Sales, and external partners to generate qualified leads, build event-sourced pipelines, deepen client relationships, and strengthen NAV’s presence in the alternative investment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • NAV-hosted Events: Plan, produce, and execute NAV-hosted events across formats —receptions, seated dinners, panels, golf outings — in key markets including New York, Chicago, and emerging locations (DC, West Coast).
  • Partner Events: Manage co-hosted events with audit firms, law firms, Outsourced CFO firms, and prime brokers. Own the partner relationship for event logistics, guest lists, and co-branding.
  • Conference Strategy:
In partnership with Marketing and Sales,
evaluate and prioritize NAV’s participation in industry conferences based on target audiences, strategic alignment, lead‑generation potential, and expected ROI. Manage logistics, speaking opportunities, and on‑site staff.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Accountability: Track event‑sourced leads and conversions. Build and maintain attendance details to report on event ROI.
  • Outreach & Audience Development: Build targeted invite lists, manage outreach campaigns for event attendance, and develop strategies to attract new attendees. Drive registrations with the marketing and email teams.
  • Event Segmentation: Develop segment‑specific event programming across NAV’s core verticals — hedge funds, digital asset funds, private credit/PE — that is tailored to the audience’s seniority and interests.
  • Vendor & Venue Management: Source and manage venues, caterers, AV, signage, swag, and all third‑party vendors. Negotiate contracts and manage event budgets.
  • Flagship Event Development: Partner with the Senior VP of Marketing to conceptualize and launch NAV’s signature annual event and, build on precedent set by prior company‑hosted gatherings.
  • CRM & Data Hygiene: Ensure event data flows back into the CRM — attendance records, lead status, and follow‑up actions. Partner with sales operations to close data gaps around client geography and event history.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within financial services, fund administration, banking, fintech, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing multi‑format events with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing partner and co‑sponsor relationships with professional services firms, audit, legal, prime brokerage are preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with event marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to manage attendee data, support event campaigns, and track event‑sourced pipeline and ROI
  • Willingness and availability to travel 30‑40% to support events across the United States, with occasional international travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
