Overview

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced luxury retail leader to take ownership of a high profile concession within a globally respected fashion house.

• Lead, inspire, and elevate a high performing concession team

• Drive KPIs, CRM engagement, and long term client relationships
• Oversee all boutique operations and commercial reporting
• Uphold impeccable visual, service, and brand standards

• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience within luxury retail environments (Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Concession Manager, General Manager, Associate Store Director)
• Proven success within concession and department store settings
• Highly developed clienteling and relationship management skills
• Strong commercial and operational expertise including P&L, talent development, merchandising, inventory, and performance management
• Naturally polished, service led, and brand focused
• Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
