Lolli & Pops is a fast‑paced candy store that emphasizes positive guest experiences, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The Service Lead/Keyholder is a part‑time leadership role responsible for daily store operations and team development.

• Drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking appropriate action to meet targets.
• Focus the team on guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through coaching, product education, and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
• Support the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
• Ensure consistent enforcement of policies, procedures, and operational directives.
• Represent Lolli & Pops to the community and serve as a store champion.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and handling multiple tasks daily.
