Summary

The Store Manager leads the store as the Brand Leader, accountable for achieving business objectives, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional client service. This role manages day-to-day store operations, executes company initiatives and visual standards, and partners with regional leadership to develop and implement strategic plans. The manager is responsible for talent development, recruitment, and fostering a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and productivity through KPI management (Sales, UPT, Conversion, Repurchase Rate, Productivity, Inventory).
  • Conduct business analysis, develop action plans with the Regional Director, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Provide visible sales leadership by engaging on the sales floor, coaching in the moment, and cultivating top client relationships.
  • Recruit, onboard, develop and manage store talent, including performance management and career pathing.
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, shipping and receiving, and loss prevention.
  • Manage store expenses, operating budget, after-sales operations and consignment programs to maximize client engagement and sales.
  • Support and execute visual merchandising standards and floor changeovers to maintain branded presentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales generation, clienteling, and employee development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS, CRM and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour workweek.
