Overview

As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You ll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks, while upholding Macy s service standards.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

This role goes beyond being a cashier. The customer is at the heart of everything we do—every day, all day. As an At Your Service Colleague, you come in energized and ready to make an impact—wearing your name badge with pride, greeting teammates with warmth, and helping ensure the At Your Service areas are clean, organized, and ready for customers. You review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top sellers, stay up to date on trends and promotions, and support the team to engage customers confidently.
  • You lead through action – welcoming customers with genuine hospitality, making eye contact, and starting friendly conversations that build lasting relationships. Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online and Pick Up in Store, be proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions, and ensure the collection area is organized for a friction-free customer pickup experience.
  • You help maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and keeping pickup and return areas clean while ensuring timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders.
  • Finish Strong by sharing our Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you while using the customer s name.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Information regarding hours per week needed for benefits eligibility is noted here.
