Optical Sales Associate

Summary

The Optical Sales Associate provides exceptional in-store customer service and product expertise to assist clients in selecting eyewear. This role focuses on building client relationships, achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, and supporting omnichannel experiences. Associates also perform minor adjustments and help maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge, including warranties and optical add-ons.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless customer experiences across online and in-store platforms.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs and assist with store presentation and organization.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures and support miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer relationship ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system and luxury sales or eyewear industry experience preferred.
