As a Macy’s Women’s Clothing Selling Support colleague, you’ll help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration. Your responsibilities include:

• Circulating the sales floor to understand each customer’s needs and guide them through a seamless shopping journey from start to finish.
• Sharing the benefits of our loyalty programs and encouraging customers to open credit accounts.
• Maintaining merchandise standards, supporting fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and assisting with fulfillment to ensure a polished, shop‑ready environment.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but thrive in team dynamics.
• Can handle electronic devices with no problem.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
