Proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions and ensure the collection area is organized for friction-free customer pickup;
Maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space and ensure pickup/return areas are tidy;
Support team by understanding sales goals, staying informed on new arrivals and promotions, and delivering personalized customer service;
Contribute to a welcoming, customer-first environment and help achieve store sales goals
