The Senior Client Advisor will lead and support the client advisor team at the Oak Brook boutique, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional luxury service. This role contributes to store KPIs, cultivates client relationships, and supports store leadership while upholding Saint Laurent standards and image. The position requires a business mindset, strong leadership, and a passion for fashion and personalized client experiences.

• Manage and lead the client advisor team, setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing development and coaching to team members.
• Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Deliver outstanding client service and after-sale support, ensuring a memorable luxury experience.
• Drive performance to exceed sales and KPI goals with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Collaborate with front and back-of-house teams to optimize operations and team spirit.
• Effectively use available tools and applications to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Uphold company policies, operational procedures, and brand presentation standards.

• Preferred experience in luxury fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
