The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences and drives sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales, beauty education, and counter business management in a commissioned retail environment.
Responsibilities- Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customer goals.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
