Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions, a global leader in HR services, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing Chicago/Oak Brook team. We are considering candidates located in the Oak Brook and Lombard areas who are able to commute to downtown Chicago. This hybrid role offers an ideal blend of collaboration and flexibility, with three in‑office days each week at our brand‑new downtown location opening in 2026.

Location: Oak Brook and Downtown Chicago
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
What You’ll Do- Research markets and generate leads to identify new business prospects.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and how they solve client challenges.
- Drive outreach through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Engage clients through virtual and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals for staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to exceed performance goals.
- Confidently address client inquiries and objections during presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in sales).
- Three years of sales experience is required.
- Staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Proven success in cold calling, solution selling, account growth, and presentations.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new industries and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.
PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
