• Assistance on insurance licensing
• Comprehensive onboarding and training program for 4 weeks
• Competitive commission payout tiers
• Activate start-up bonus support after completing the sales program
• Activate a monthly bonus support program after completing the sales program
• Activate a $100,000 Line of Credit opportunity when completing in full the sales program

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Proven track record of business results and leading a team
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
