Marketing Specialist

• Markets RFPS Spreadsheets (including review and updating)
• Collect Quotes and spread quotes from carriers
• Answer carrier questions
• Request renewals
• Participate in pre-renewal meetings
• Reach out to clients for Business Associate Agreements & Enrollment Agreements and follow up when necessary
• Collect 5500 schedule A’s, submit information to vendor, ensure filing is completed for each client
• Gather membership data for PCORI fees, calculate fees, and send to clients
• Act as liaison between B&B legal and Oak Brook office
• Send compliance updates to office and clients

• High School Diploma
• College degree (Preferred)
• 1-3 years of industry experience
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
