What You’ll Be Responsible For Build the Illinois Market

  • Launch and grow Trelevate’s presence in your territory
  • Develop relationships with local business leaders
  • Execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Hire, train, and onboard up to 7 Business Advisors
  • Create a culture of accountability, competition, and success
  • Develop future leaders through mentorship and coaching
Lead From The Front
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners
  • Coach through live field training and ride-alongs
  • Drive activity, pipeline growth, and revenue performance
Deliver Results
  • Achieve team revenue objectives
  • Maintain high-performance standards
  • Develop scalable systems and processes
  • Build a championship-caliber sales organization
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience leading, training, or developing B2B sales professionals
  • History of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
  • Experience recruiting and retaining top talent preferred
