What You’ll Be Responsible For Build the Illinois Market- Launch and grow Trelevate’s presence in your territory
- Develop relationships with local business leaders
- Execute strategic growth initiatives
- Hire, train, and onboard up to 7 Business Advisors
- Create a culture of accountability, competition, and success
- Develop future leaders through mentorship and coaching
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners
- Coach through live field training and ride-alongs
- Drive activity, pipeline growth, and revenue performance
- Achieve team revenue objectives
- Maintain high-performance standards
- Develop scalable systems and processes
- Build a championship‑caliber sales organization
- History of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
- Team Player, Motivator and can replicate success
