Summary
Full-Time Client Advisor role focused on delivering exceptional, personalized service and building lasting client relationships within a luxury retail environment. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, product knowledge, and the ability to tailor experiences to a diverse clientele. Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly desired to support a global customer base.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
- Develop and maintain deep Brand and product knowledge
- Advise clients across all product categories and deliver tailored experiences
- Leverage clienteling tools and systems to build long-term client relationships
- Provide attentive, consultative service to enhance client impressions of the Brand
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a high end or luxury market, or strong customer-centric background
- Strong sales and commercial mindset with a drive to meet targets
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly desired
