Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will embody the brand in every client interaction, delivering elevated experiences and building long-term client relationships. You will use consultative selling and clienteling to achieve and exceed store commercial targets. The role requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a focus on repeat business and client loyalty.

• Deliver exceptional in-store service and create memorable client experiences.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data and leverage it to drive repeat sales.
• Conduct client appointments, style clients, and convert opportunities through discovery.
• Promote key product pillars and identify ways to grow personal sales business.
• Implement hospitality best practices and act on client feedback and NPS insights.

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales goals.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: college degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
