Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative to generate new business, convert prospects into clients, and deliver tailored furniture and renovation solutions.

• Build and manage a pipeline through networking, prospecting, and inbound leads.
• Identify and win new business by aligning solutions to client needs.
• Research target organizations to understand business drivers and challenges.
• Deliver consultative presentations and close new clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, project coordination) to execute projects.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and drive toward multi‑million‑dollar sales targets.

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong network and/or book of business preferred.
• Results‑driven with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Base salary with an OTE of $150K+.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000.
