The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client service from welcome to close, driving sales and building lasting relationships for the Oak Brook boutique. The role requires deep product knowledge of luxury watches, a results-oriented approach to meeting store KPIs, and support for store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and initiate sales opportunities to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and ongoing correspondence.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and competition.
• Follow established sales techniques, represent the brand professionally, and support product launches and company initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, special projects, and opening and closing store duties.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards under direction from corporate and management.
• Communicate professionally with management and peers and partner with the team to achieve store objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales.
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to achieve management-defined goals.
• Flexible availability, including weekends; able to be scheduled any day of the week.
• Computer proficiency and ability to participate in training of new associates when requested.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly.
