Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-grade AI applications using Python
• Develop LLM-powered features and intelligent AI workflows
• Design scalable backend services, microservices, and cloud-native applications
• Build retrieval, vector search, and context-aware AI capabilities
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver next-generation AI experiences
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of a greenfield AI platform

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI or LLM applications
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks such as Lang Chain or Lang Graph
• Passion for building scalable, production-quality software and solving complex engineering challenges

Details

• Full-time, direct hire
• Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week in Oak Brook, IL
• Up to $150,000 base salary
• Annual bonus
