Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is specifically designed for a mechanical contractor with a strong background in Commercial HVAC. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and successful completion of our mechanical construction projects. You will be the key point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, definition, execution, and closure.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage all project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Foster effective and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and procedures.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically as a mechanical contractor.
  • Proven experience in managing Commercial HVAC projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
