This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Oak Creek, WI. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety standards, supervising teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget.
Collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication are critical to this role.
- Strong skills in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination
- Experience in Budgeting and managing project financials
- Proficiency in Construction Management practices, ensuring high-quality project execution
- Solid understanding of Project Management principles, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in construction project management software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is an advantage
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes
