Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role in Oak Creek, WI. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, manage site operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with team members and subcontractors. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining project schedules and budgets, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Strong Organization Skills for managing resources, schedules, and documentation
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices
• Ability to handle multiple projects and resolve challenges efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar leadership role
