Position Title:
CSR & Order Entry Support
Wage: $17.00-$19.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours:
8:00am-4:30pm
Location:
Oak Creek, WI
We are hiring a CSR & Order Entry Support for a company in Oak Creek, WI.
- Assist all customer calls with product, pricing, or shipping information in a timely manner
- Answer in a prompt and courteous manner all customer calls
- Process customer orders within 8 hours from time of receipt
- Ensure accuracy in our system on customer orders
- Respond to customer emails either via phone or email and address their concerns within a few hours
- Check voicemails periodically throughout the day and respond to customers in a timely manner
- When other departments reach out to CSR with additional information required, please ensure to obtain information and respond within 24 hours
- Inform the shipping department of any orders that need expediting or "special"
- Handle and ensure this information are updated in the system properly
- Process credit card transactions
- Help resolve pricing issues on orders with outside reps or customers
- Work with proper departments to obtain estimated freight charges per the customer request
- Track shipments per the customer request, including PODs when needed
- Maintain, track, and allocate backorders, including air shipments
- Coordinate with CSS (Customer Service Supervisor) on items that are going to be discontinued, change of value class and communication to sales for updating the website and system
- Process all catalog orders for sales representatives and customers upon request
- Assist with processing sales orders
- Assist supervisor when needed with quote maintenance, chargebacks, program updates, writing procedures, and miscellaneous duties as the need arises
- Daily filing of pick list, invoices, and credit/debit memos
- Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed workspace
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Able to balance multiple priorities and assignments
- Able to work independently and with the team
- Able to read and write
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to identify colors and understand
- Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and follow-up
- Ability to handle negativity and remain positive
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, understand how to use email, spreadsheets
- Ability to work with supply vendors
- Self-motivated and able to work alone
- Willingness and ability to be cross-trained in other departments
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to reach horizontally and vertically with arms; sufficient dexterity to manipulate small objects and print or write legibly
