Client Services Representative

The Client Service Representative role is a crucial part of our team and serves as one of the primary points of contact for all service-related needs. This ideal candidate is a highly organized, efficient person who can operate in a fast-paced environment. The Client Service Representative delivers a wide range of support to our clients and financial advisors.

• Collaborate with advisors for proper client onboarding and account setup
• Daily interaction with prospective and existing clients, in person and by phone, to handle basic client inquiries and perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments
• Prepare and process paperwork for client transactions, open and monitor accounts, facilitate transfer of assets, track new applications and coordinate rollovers
• Perform operational functions for client related requests including check requests and wiring funds, and assist with ongoing maintenance of accounts such as account title changes, beneficiary changes and address changes
• Online database management and maintenance of client relationship management (CRM)
• Assist with special projects as needed

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multi-task effectively while remaining extremely organized
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks or projects, both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Professional demeanor with passion for providing exceptional client service and building client relationships
• Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with an investment management or advisory firm
